Shout out al que hizo este playlist chingon, puras rolas del tiempo de mi mamá

When I read The Slight Edge I realized no consistent action, no matter how small or big, is insignificant. That book really helped me conquer my “b** voice” before that’s what it was called 🤣 it really put into perspective how the actions that lead to success are easy to do… but also easy not to do. So I chose up. I sat down with my mentor and we talked about some of the things that could be implemented daily. This is what I came up with. 1. Make my bed, cause honestly why are we not doing this? I was pretty surprised at how many folks DONT do this. Do it for ONE week and see if it makes any difference within you. I feel like this is such an easy way to make a positive deposit in your day, and if you start off with a WIN, you’re more than likely to continue to do the “hard stuff” throughout the day. 2. 10 pages a day - this takes about 30 minutes depending on how difficult the book is but yall, A SMART MAN LEARNS FROM HIS MISTAKES, BUT A WISE ONE, LEARNS FROM OTHERS MISTAKES. The more information we have to apply to our lives, the better we can navigate. 3. Meditate/stillness: We need time and silence to hear Spirit. We have all the answers inside of us, if we could shut up and be still. We’re are spiritual beings having a human experience, but we tend to let the human be in control. That, plus the fact that we’re not pain seeking animals is a recipe for potential disaster. We should be able to do hard things, practice delayed gratification, etc but when we constantly give into the human instant gratification, that gets hard. 4. Journal: I’ve journaled many different ways and tbh they’ve all served the same purpose: to document current conditions. Whether I was going through a rough time, an amazing chapter or just floating through it all, the journaling has cleared mental space and shows current ruubes, the mental and emotional state I was in at the time. I get to APPRECIATE in real time my growth. These wins are the most important to me, the ways I can handle situations better, the way I don’t think the same way. 5. 1 Audio; this one goes hand in hand with reading. Most of us are not surrounded by people who are constantly telling us we can achieve great things, that are feeding us positivity or high value content. The world around us can be mainly negative. I learned the importance of listening to podcasts, interviews, stories of people who HAVE accomplished amazing things, listening to motivational and inspirational audios, cause it all matters. And it could be a simple 10 minutes a day. I promise you, you eventually crave more. #personaldevelopment #justsharing #selfhelp #foreveryone
