summer holiday diary - day twenty-nine This was the start of a lovely few days away with some friends in Derbyshire. We started our trip by visiting Hardwick Hall - we’re all big HP fans so loved seeing ‘Malfoy Manor’. summer holiday diary - day thirty I absolutely loved today as I finally got to visit Chatsworth House! We spent the whole day on the estate - there was so much to do - then visited the farm shop on the way back to the lodge. I’m going to be speaking at Year 6 Live in September, which is being hosted by Learning by Questions! My session is based around Y6 -> Y7 transition and how we can get this pivatol part of education right; it shouldn’t only be a bolt on in July, but all year round. Year 6.5 is what I like to think of it as! There’s multiple other speakers all focused on Y6 - and you get to take part in some PGL activities too!
