There are men walking around right now who haven’t felt genuinely happy in years. They still go to work. Still pay the bills. Still show up for their families. Still tell everybody they’re fine. But deep down, they’re exhausted. Not just physically. Mentally. Emotionally. And the saddest part? They’ve become so accustomed to surviving that they’ve forgotten what it feels like to actually live. Brother, there’s more to life than just making it through another day. You deserve peace. You deserve happiness. And you deserve to recognize the man staring back at you in the mirror. Let me ask you something, and I want you to be honest… When was the last time you felt genuinely happy, without worrying about what was coming next? #MensMentalHealth #FatherhoodMatters #PresentFather

To most people, this is just a dad making a fool of himself singing Pink Pony Club with his little girl. But to me? This is a reminder of just how much I have to be thankful for. There was a time when the thought of losing moments like this consumed me. When you’re going through a custody battle and the possibility of losing the life you’ve built with your children hangs over your head every single day, something inside you changes. You start looking at the little things differently. The random car rides. The ridiculous songs. The laughter. The little voice coming from the passenger seat. Things that most people wouldn’t think twice about suddenly become the most valuable things in your world. Because once you’ve lived with the fear of having those moments taken away, you realize just how precious they really are. And I think that’s one of the things people misunderstand about fathers fighting for their children. We’re not fighting for weekends, holidays, or a percentage of parenting time. We’re fighting for a lifetime of ordinary moments that mean absolutely everything. So yeah, I’ll sing Pink Pony Club at the top of my lungs. I’ll embarrass myself. I’ll look ridiculous. Because one day, my little girl will grow up, and these car rides will become memories. And I want her to remember that her dad was right there, singing every word. Some of the greatest moments of your life are the ones you once feared you might lose. Present. Not Perfect. #PresentFather #Fatherhood #GirlDad

Apparently, a successful father is supposed to feel guilty if his ex-wife isn’t enjoying the same lifestyle. Imagine telling a divorced woman she should be ashamed of her success because her ex-husband can’t afford what she can. You’d be laughed off the internet. But somehow, when it’s a father, we’re supposed to applaud this nonsense? Your ex-husband is not your retirement plan. Question: Why is financial independence celebrated in divorced women but treated like selfishness in divorced men?#greenscreenvideo
