Grips definitely not as good as yesterday. But something I was so afraid to try…. Superman. I just keep thinking if that top hand can’t hold me my front teeth would be gone in an instant. Superman is definitely scary even though I put that shape so low. Maybe higher next time bc if I fall face forward I could fall into my inside leg hang. Yes it hurts but it would save my face. #pdhangglider (which I tried flattening out with shifting my hips forward more) #pdsuperman transition. Not smooth but at least I’m trying bc I have thought about taking this thing down more times than I’ve been on it. It’ll get there with practice. #pole #poledance

Working on my #pdjade. Right where I left off on my first pole journey. #pole #poledance

I was actually able to forward invert again!! Takes so much more strength to hold that forward invert than the reverse bc going against the spin. But got my #pdbrokendoll transition to #pdjallegra back. Which I think that left front split isn’t looking so rough again. #pole #poledance #secondpolejourney
