WHY DON'T THEY TEACH US THIS AT SCHOOL? We spend years learning algebra, memorising historical dates and studying for exams... But why aren't we taught more about real-life skills? 💷 How to manage your money🏦 How mortgages and credit actually work💰 How to budget and save📄 How taxes and pensions work🧠 How to look after your mental health💼 How to prepare for the world of work🏠 How to rent or buy a home📈 How to invest and build financial security🍳 How to cook healthy, affordable meals🗣️ How to communicate, negotiate and deal with difficult situations School teaches us plenty of important things, but there's a whole education waiting outside the classroom. Maybe the question isn't "Why didn't I learn this?" Maybe it's "What can I learn now?" 👇 What's ONE life skill you wish you'd been taught at school? Drop your answer in the comments. You might just teach someone something they never learned either. #LifeSkills #School #Education #RealLife
