Your client is the main character. Not you. Not your listing presentation. Not your track record. And there's only one way to play that role well: Solve their problem. Know what they're moving for. The realtor vs. the human. Which one are you? ❌ The realtor walks into a listing appointment and pitches. Marketing plan, track record, all of it. ✅ The human asks questions first. Because if you don't know why they're moving, nothing you say matters. ❌ The realtor drops off champagne at closing. ✅ The human shows up on move-in day with food, their kids, and a photographer. A week later they deliver a photo album with no ask attached. ❌ The realtor asks, "Know anyone buying or selling?" ✅ The human doesn't have to. Six months later, their client is at a skate park and says their name before the other person finishes the sentence. 80% of production comes from 20% of agents. The difference isn't talent, experience, or the market. Realtors do transactions. Humans build relationships. The relationship doesn't end at closing. It starts there.
