🔥 LIFE-SAVING FIRE SAFETY TIP! #FYP #fire #portjefferson #firefighter #PhilFromNewYork @ComsewoguePublicLib @American Red Cross @Chick-fil-A @McDonald’s One important point Brenden highlights is the value of closing your bedroom door before going to sleep. 🚪 “Close Before You Doze!” 🛏️🚪 If a fire starts, a closed door can help slow the spread of flames, heat, and smoke, giving you more time to get out safely possibly throw a window. This simple habit can make a meaningful difference. Please share this important message with your family and friends. 🚒 Fire safety starts with all of us! ⸻ The Terryville Fire Department would like to extend special thanks to: ❤️ Comsewogue Public Library ❤️ The American Red Cross ❤️ Town of Brookhaven Public Safety ❤️ Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office ❤️ St. Gerard Church ❤️ Ronald McDonald House ❤️ Chick-fil-A And all the volunteers who worked so hard to make this Fire Prevention Night special for everyone!
