Today, I stopped putting it off. No more comfort, no more excuses. Starting Monday, August 3rd, for 150 days, I’m all in on becoming someone unrecognizable to who I am today. During this, I’ll be sharing the wins, and the hardships. A lot of sacrifices will be had, but it’s all for the better. I hope for this to be encouraging for those who follow along and proof of concept that if I can do it, anyone can. If you’re looking to be more involved and want to challenge yourself with some accountability, comment the phrase “All In” down below to join a private group chat of people looking to become better versions of themselves. Don’t wait for a New Year’s resolution. Get a head start on it today. #transformation #challenge #training #accountability

Yesterday marked 19 years of Class 262 securing from SQT. It was the end of a long chapter, and the beginning of a new era full of lots of highs and lows. Though my time in the SEAL Teams was a small portion of my life now, what was gained from it is something that will always be a part of my spirit and was a time of constant learning and growing. One of the biggest struggles that veterans today face, is finding a new identity outside of the one they knew while on active duty. To this day it’s still something keeps me awake at night. But it’s a must needed change. It can be extremely scary to start that new chapter and to see how it will all unfold, but with every good story, each page turned will bring new possibilities and opportunities. If there’s any advice I can give to those stuck in the same place is it’s time to take that first step towards a new beginning. So many of my friendships today, people I’ve been able to work alongside, amazing brands and companies that I’ve had the privilege to work with, being in big motion pictures and tv shows, and experiences that have come my way over the last decade have all been possible because of my time in the Teams. There will be many struggles and obstacles you don’t see coming, but know there will also be breakthrough and discovery. New identity doesn’t mean you let go of all that came before. It means you get to take what you once knew and mold it into something far greater for a better future. You get to take your past experiences and build it into something better than you imagined for yourself and your family. As the time passes and the years get shorter, you will once look back and see that what you have accomplished will have been well worth the efforts. To all you guys that have been a part of this crazy journey, much love and here’s to tomorrow. #navyseals #veteran

Full-Body Single Kettlebell Burner! 🔥 Save this for your next workout! You don’t need a gym full of equipment to get a killer workout. Just grab a single kettlebell and let’s work. Here is exactly what each move is doing for your body: Today’s Workout: - Dead Clean, Goblet Squat, Calf Raise x 8 reps - Single Leg RDL x 4 reps each side - Bent Over Row x 8 reps - Swing To High Pull x 4 reps each - 4 Count Flutter Kicks x 15 reps 5 total rounds, resting 90 seconds in between each round Dead Clean ➔ Goblet Squat ➔ Calf Raise: Total-body power. This builds explosive hips, fires up your quads and glutes, and finishes with ankle and calf stability at the top. Single-Leg RDL: Ultimate balance and symmetry. This heavy hamstring and glute builder fixes muscle imbalances and forces your core to lock in. Bent Over Row: Back and posture builder. Holding that flat hinge posture while rowing builds a strong upper back, lats, and a rock-solid core. Swings to High Pulls: Cardio meets power. The hip snap drives your heart rate up for a serious calorie burn, while the high pull targets your upper back and shoulders. 4-Count Flutter Kicks: Deep core endurance. This burns out the lower abs and hip flexors while training your body to keep the lower back safe and stable. Drop a comment if you’re trying this, and tag a workout partner who needs to see it! #kettlebellworkout #homeworkouts #functionalfitness #fullbodyworkout #kettlebell @REP Fitness @TenThousand.cc @VIKTOS.BRAND
