Your gun is only as good as the system carrying it. One of the most overlooked pieces of concealed carry gear isn't the pistol—it's the holster. A quality holster helps with comfort, concealment, consistency, and a reliable draw when it matters most. In this video, I break down my 2026 EDC setup and explain why I chose this holster configuration, including the wedge, wing, and clip setup that helps me get a more consistent draw stroke every time. The best carry setup isn't what's popular online—it's what allows you to safely and consistently access your firearm under pressure. 👇 Watch the full video on our YouTube channel to see my complete 2026 EDC loadout and why each piece of gear earned a spot in my daily carry setup. 👉Train with us at: https://patriottrainingcenter.com/ Having the right gear is only half the equation. A carry gun has one job: Work when you need it. Before I trust a handgun for everyday carry, I want to see it run through at least 1,000 rounds without issues. That's also why I keep my carry guns simple. Too many shooters start adding compensators, aftermarket springs, and other modifications that can reduce reliability. While some combinations work, every change introduces variables. For me, reliability comes first. A proven optic. Backup iron sights. Minimal modifications. Because the best carry gun isn't the coolest one—it's the one that works every single time. Gear is important—but knowing how to run it under pressure is what really matters. When an active killer is only a few feet away, hesitation can be deadly. In this incident, a high school principal didn't wait for the perfect plan. He acted immediately, closed the distance, and aggressively took control of the situation. One of the biggest lessons here is that speed, surprise, and commitment often matter more than having a flawless strategy. Could his technique have been better? Absolutely. But a decent plan executed immediately is often far more effective than waiting for the perfect plan while innocent people remain at risk. This real-world incident highlights the importance of decisiveness, aggression when necessary, and understanding how violence actually unfolds in the real world—not how it's portrayed in movies. 👇 Watch the full breakdown on our YouTube channel to see exactly what the principal did right, what could have gone wrong, and the critical lessons every responsible citizen can learn from this incident.https://www.youtube.com/@patriottrainingcenter The time to develop skills isn't during the emergency.
