Replying to @Hunter Robinson416 Cash value has parts: Accumulation Value (Premiums - Fees + Growth) - Policy Loans (Borrowed from Ins Co + <6% Interest) = Surrender Value (less of you surrender early). Always better to borrow out safely so it doesnt lapse than to cash out from surrender or death.

#stitch with @Adam Conover my first longboi. Part 1 - why people are doing hard things later than before. It’s cost, but its also context. Parents aren’t teaching kids to ride bikes as much, teaching teens to drive as much, encouraging them to get married as much, have kids early. And ots not just “more options”, it’s that people don’t relate to their parents as much now. The actual way we speak is so different now than 50 years ago. This generation gap is global, and unless we close it, everyone will forget the past, asking with the diversity it contains.
