Made me the perfect tea blend! 🌺✨ Fresh roselle from Eartha’s Farm & Market, fresh lemongrass from my garden, and dried rose hips. Roselle is rich in antioxidants and may support heart health and healthy blood pressure. Lemongrass contains antioxidants and is traditionally used to support digestion and relaxation, while rose hips provide vitamin C to support immune health, collagen production, and healthy skin. You can enjoy this tea hot or chilled but in this Florida heat, chilled is definitely my preference! Refreshing, delicious, and filled with goodness! 🫖🌿 #Roselle #HerbalTea #GardenFresh #Herbal #HealthyLiving

This was exactly what I needed today, what an amazing experience! 🖤✨ @batw.popup Breakfast From Around the World featured a Buna Tetu, a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony led by @jaxhabeshdecor, and delicious dishes representing different countries across Africa. We enjoyed waakye, mandazi, samosa, and Shai. The flavors brought back so many wonderful memories of my time in Ghana! Everything was savory, fulfilling, and you can tell everything was made with love. I also had the opportunity to sit down, connect, and get to know some amazing people I met at the event. That made the experience even more special! And the Bissap Bliss juice by @JuiceGawddess was absolutely amazing! Thank you to Placemaking Jax, Flowers and Coffee Jax, and NAHAM Exp for thoughtfully curating such a meaningful experience. 🦒✨ #Breakfast #AfricanCuisine #EthiopianCoffeeCeremony #Jacksonville #coffee
