Online orders can be smaller than in-person sales.

Over the phone or counter, you naturally suggest the next item.

Online, most shops sit silent like a vending machine.

Building automated upsells into the buying journey changed our entire basket value.

@Rococo Chocolates - an absolute treat (get it) of a shop.

Rococo sits in Marylebone Village and it is everything a specialist chocolatier should be… truffles, artisan bars, chocolate-dipped orange slices, rose and violet creams and a hot chocolate!
Every jar, box and bar is laid out with real care and the whole place has a warm, colourful charm. I bought a big bar of peppermint (already eaten) and a few mini bars of tangy raspberry, honeycomb crunch and regular milk chocolate for gifts
If you enjoy discovering beautiful independent shops run with real care and skill, this one is well worth a visit.

@BotanicalBoys — An Enchanted Terrarium Studio in King's Cross
Every surface was alive…glass jars of moss, living frames climbing the walls, ferns and succulents under soft light.

Hand-carved masks, bronzes and stools gathered from across Africa and Asia, each one the only one they have.

The whole place feels far older and stranger than a plant shop should.
They run workshops here too where you build your own terrarium to take home the same day. I very nearly walked out with one myself.
