The CAWPILE rating system was invented by BookRoast on YT. I came accross it when I started getting more and more into book journaling and wanted to rate my books more critically as opposed to just go by my enjoyment. 
 This system really almost always is spot on for me and in those cases where a book leaves you speechless or conflicted it really helps narrowing down, how you feel about it and give it a fair rating. Because it doesn’t need to be a literary masterpiece for you to enjoy it. The worldbuilding could lack but the vibes are just vibing. Etc.
