I’ve been ill so I haven’t posted an update just because I didn’to get jaconi sick by hovering over him and I’ll also reply to all the comments soon as well! , Jaconi is doing good, he is 7 pounds 8 ounces he’s still on the cpap he just got switched back to the full pressure cpap so he can get his oxygen properly, his peep is still 10 and his oxygen is at 31 currently, he is on the same medication that helps him pee out his fluids , he is still getting 60 ML on his feedings , He will be having another ROP exam on the 6th of October, he had an exam on the 28th but everything was still the same not needing any treatment still! 🩵🙏🏽😍 #fyp #daddysboy #nicubaby #cominghomesoon #daybyday

The doctors suspect jaconi has aveola simplification related to underlying chronic lung disease , pulmonary hypoplasia and prematurity his pulmonilogy consult was yesterday afternoon , The doctor denied doing tracheostomy in his throat and wants to give him 6-8 more weeks until that last resort would happen he needs to get down to 1/2 litre of oxygen he is at 6 litres , I’m really hoping it doesn’t go down that route because he could probably need it for 2-4 years & I absolutely do not want that procedure done💔, I’m hoping his lungs pull together and get better soon he is 40 weeks and 4 days today he may also be transferred to a new hospital as his time is running out at the NICU sadly but the new hospital is a very good hospital in Phoenix. #fyp #gofundme #daddysboy #nicubaby #tracheostomy

Jaconi is 7 pounds 15 ounces , He is still slowly progressing his oxygen weened down to 37 from 40 , his peep is still at a 10, I’m still looking into which hospital he will be transferred to when the time comes due to his gestational age reaching the limit at the NICU, I’m still waiting for an update it’s gonna be a waiting game on if he will get a trach or not but other than that he’s very alert and still thriving and happy 🩵 Thank you all for the prayers & donations etc we really appreciate it all, I’ve been taking time off TikTok periodically whilst still being consistent with updates 🙏🏽 #fyp #gofundme #daddysboy #nicubaby #jaconi
