For years, I invested my money, assets, time, management skills, technical ability, production experience, relationships and human capital into what I understood to be a family business we were building together. I was deeply involved behind the scenes — content management, filming, directing, technical operations, TikTok systems, PR, deals, placements and the relationships required to keep the brand functioning. We built it together, happily — or at least that was what I believed. When the money eventually started coming, a different narrative began to emerge: because one person was the public face, everything was suddenly being presented as belonging exclusively to that person, while years of investment, work and sacrifice by the other person were treated as though they never existed. I did not fight over it. Even when the marriage ended, I was prepared to walk away from almost everything and rebuild my life from scratch. I had built before, and I believed I could build again. The six plots of land were acquired during that period. My understanding from the beginning was simple: three plots for her, three plots for me. At one point I was even prepared to let the entire property go rather than continue fighting over anything. Then a public allegation was made that I had somehow changed or manipulated the land documents to make myself the purchaser. I knew that allegation, and several of the other accusations made about me, were untrue. Instead of turning social media into a battlefield, I asked the company involved to state what its own records showed. Today, Brit Properties @britpropertiesng has spoken for itself. According to its official statement, its records establish that I was the subscriber and purchaser of the six plots from the inception of the transaction, while Kate was designated as my next of kin. Brit has also expressly rejected the allegation that it altered, amended or substituted the transaction documents to change the purchaser. That is not my version. That is the company speaking from its own records. And this is exactly why I have remained patient concerning the other allegations. The matter eventually reached the police, where accusations concerning my finances and even my responsibility as a father were also raised. I have heard myself described in ways that anyone who knows the full financial history would struggle to reconcile with the records. But I will not turn my blessed child into a social-media argument. The records concerning what was earned, what was accumulated, what I left behind, and what I intended for my daughter are being assembled. When the appropriate time comes, those records will speak too. And I want to make something very clear because this entire situation is sometimes presented as though two people are fighting each other: I am not fighting her. I am not quarreling with her. I was not interested in fighting her during the marriage, and I am not interested in fighting her now. I have been insulted, misrepresented and accused of things I know not to be true, yet I have still tried not to respond from anger or make the other person look bad. My silence was never weakness, and my peace was never an attack on anybody. I sincerely hope she eventually finds peace within herself and understands that my decision to live quietly and move forward was never hostility toward her. But peace does not mean accepting false allegations. I have no interest in creating chaos around her life. I only reserve the right to correct allegations made about mine. So I am not asking the public to believe me because I say something. I am not asking anyone to hate her either. A serious allegation was made publicly. The company whose records could answer that allegation has now spoken publicly. There are other records. And in time, they too will speak. No insults. No drama. Just evidence.
