I think this will help strengthen my mental fortitude. It’s easy to slip and question and let fear overcome. Our minds can be a weapon to our benefit or our detriment, I’m choosing to let it be a powerful tool to help me overcome cancer. Reciting these words and the Jesus Prayer is bound to serve as a strong reminder that this is nothing close to hopeless and we are never alone.

This was a workout from the other evening actually. Today we started a new chemo regimen/built upon the previous one. We will be in house at the clinic for infusions mon-fri and we’ll now be getting chemo treatments every 2 weeks rather than 3. Still taking the targeted oral drug/therapy as well, we’re hopeful that it will all start working in tandem with each other and make the steps we need to take. Local interventions are still on the horizon as well… Through all the changes, we’re going to stay mindful of when we’re at our limit and need rest vs. when we can get up and exercise or just go walk outside. We’re simply gonna keep doing what we can! 🫡
