What a day. 🙏 THESE are the days I'm so grateful for what I do! This week I had the honor of helping two different clients each sell a home AND buy a home — which meant 4 settlements in one day! 🤯🎉 Anyone who's done a simultaneous sell/buy knows it can be stressful.
