As this year comes to a close I want to say thank you to grief. You’ve taught me so much my whole life and some how 2024 has been the year I finally have this peace within you. I’ve spent so much of my life experiencing grief but never truly appreciating it and all that it has been teaching me. Step by step little by little it continued to nudge me just enough to keep me moving forward. The most patient of all the emotions because it knows no bounds. It is seamlessly woven within all of life. Giving beauty and purpose all the while. Inspiring us to be better for sure inspiring me to be better than I have been. The grief of losing you baby did something to me that I wish I could have had while you were still here. Thank you for inspiring me from the other side, for the love that I still feel to this day, and for somehow giving the rest of my life purpose again to just be here. I love you always and I can’t wait to see you at the rainbow bridge however with griefs help I think I can be patient enough for that day 🫶 cheers to 2024 and here is to a bright 2025!
