Everything you see in my Mail Club starts with me sitting down and actually making it. I hand-illustrate everything and I love mixing different mediums depending on what I’m creating. Sometimes I’ll start with watercolors, then add colored pencils, crayons, pens, or little details with whatever I have around me. I love when you can still see the texture and little imperfections of the different materials. A lot of the time, I don’t even know exactly what the final piece is going to look like when I start. I’ll sketch something, change it, add color, take something away, try a different medium… and slowly it becomes what I had in my head. That’s honestly my favorite part about making art. It’s a process, and I want the things I send to feel like they were made by a person, because they were 🥹🎨 Every postcard, sticker, illustration, and little detail is something I personally created for my Mail Club 💌 #mailclub #handillustrated #art #doodle #snailmail
