take me back to the oceannn 😭🌊 i’ve been to the ocean twice this year which i am endlessly grateful for (most of these vids are from one trip just DAYS before i became technically severe and i did one trip afterwards despite the aftermath — the PEM from that first one was kinda my body’s last straw i think), and when i’m stuck in bed feeling horrible with the blinds closed, missing how i used to exist and missing doing it with less consequences, it helps to think about all the places i’d go if i could manage it right now. luckily not in a dark room ALL the time (don’t have blackout curtains anyway lol), but as my body struggles to find some kind of baseline again after my last crash, i’m missing this feeling in particular 🫶🏾 feel like it’d heal me a bit to sit near the waves — i’ve always felt my best next to water where would you rather be (besides the very valid answer of “anywhere”) if your health would allow it? i’d love to know 💗 #myalgicencephalomyelitis #mecfs #severeme #ocean #mxdevin
