Anytime I make a post about the SKY'S END film adaptation, I get a flurry of questions. So I thought it'd be fun to share some of my answers to the questions I get. I highly suggest reading my books while you wait for the movie. The whole trilogy is out now, and I have a prequel trilogy starting next fall. So it's a great time to enter the Skylands universe!

It's been a couple years since we announced the SKY'S END film and so I thought I'd tell you what my experience has been like throughout the process. Keep in mind that I'm not allowed a lot of details, but I am in contact with the producers. I want to see this get made as badly as you do!

Also, thank you to Candice Edwards, the art production manager at @Blackstone Publishing. I love it! I wrote BTG right after SKY’S END, and it became a very personal book to me. It heavily features my fears of the rise of AI, corporate rule, blind loyalty, corruption at the highest levels, and anxieties about the environment. This is perhaps my angriest and also most melancholy book because I wrote it at a time when I feared I’d never get published. I worried no one would want this story because it really is a cold splash of water, particularly when you first meet Malcolm. I knew this book was a risk, but I’m so proud of the final result. Stick with it. Trust me. Malcolm’s heatblade will burn bright.
