Who knew that making cashew cheese with this easy? 🧀 INGREDIENTS 125g cashews 150ml hot water 4tbsp nutritional yeast 2tbsp lemon juice 3tbsp corn flour 1tbsp caper brine 1tbsp olive oil 1tsp garlic granules fresh or dried herbs for coating the cheese in METHOD Soak the cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes. Once softened, blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Cook on a medium heat until it forms a soft ball. Transfer into a mould and/or mesh bag and refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours). Remove and coat in your preferred herbs or spices and enjoy with your favourite crackers. #cashewcheese #vegancheese #plantbasedrecipe #veganfood #recipe

Deep fried sushi?! 🍣 but with beans...?! New sushi place 'Sprout' has opened and they have DEEP FRIED SUSHI on their menu... VG options are great, lots of vegetable sushi rolls and some with tofu. They also have filled inari pocketd but they'd run out by the time I came to order 🥲 The deep fried sushi rolls can be either served with homemade kimchi or gochujang baked beans and I have to admit I'm not sure how I feel about rice, seaweed and beans together? 👀 I'll try the kimchi one next time 😂 📍Sprout, Orford Pl, Norwich NR1 3RU Have you visited yet? #sushi #norwich #newrestaurant #deepfried #veganfood
