Here are a few things I’ve incorporated into my nighttime routine to help me wind down and get ready for a good night’s rest! 🌿 Castor oil pack – I use it for detoxification + I always sleep noticibly better when I do castor oil packs!! 🌙 Magnesium glycinate – Supports nervous system function and helps me wind down at night. 💊 Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) – A prescription medication I take as part of my Hashimoto’s treatment plan to help with inflammation + reducing antibodies! ✨ HemeVite – Part of my supplement routine to support healthy ferritin + iron levels. (Don’t take this unless you have taken the proper labs to determine if you need it!) ☁️ Apothekary Dream On – My nighttime herbal supplement that I incorporate when I want to sleep like a rock lol @Apothékary 🌡️ Heating pad over my castor oil pack – The warmth is SO relaxing and makes me feel like the castor oil is absorbing. 🤍 Weighted Body Pod – The gentle pressure makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed!! @Nodpod 🌟 Eye mask – Blocking out light for a dark sleep environment bc David loves watching crazy ass shows to fall asleep and I CANT. @Drowsy Sleep Co.
