Such a fun idea to support the local bike bus! The MADSEN community always impresses and inspires us! "Thursday night was the 39th annual Victorian Streetwalk in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. Newly added this year was a hot cocoa trail, where participants could sample cocoas from local groups. The Toga Safe to School Crew set up their stand in front of right by Santa’s Cottage and the Tree Lighting. To help raise awareness for Saratoga’s Safe Streets Project and the rapidly growing Toga Bike Bus, the group called their stand “The Hot Cocoa Pedal-ers”. Any money donated will be used to purchase yard signs to be put at each Bike Bus Stop along their routes. The Bike Bus has been supported by parents, PTAs, Bikeatoga, and of course the students! It has been such a fun addition and is quickly gaining traction. Each week the number of bikers grows. Thursday night was a success and all cocoa was “sold out”! Of course, being the avid bikers they are instead of serving on a table like the other groups they served out of the Madsen Bucket Bike decked out in twinkle lights! It was a very fun, very cold night!" -Maddy #bucketbike #bikebus #madsencommunityrocks #madsencycles #alwaysabetterway #saratogasprings #darkhorsesaratoga
