My very first photoshoot where I truly focused on the styling. I wanted to blend our traditional moussoro (traditional head wrap in Mali) elements with contemporary clothing. The starting point was this pair of pants they were the foundation of the entire look. From there, I built a palette of rich brown tones, then added the blue headscarf to create contrast. Even the background was chosen to complement the outfit. I’ll be sharing a video soon, especially about the whole creative process behind this look <<33 SHOUT OUT @Tyler Sang (behind the lens) #westafricanculture #westafricanfashion #moussoro #malianfashion
