NO IDEA! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 He has no clueeeee!

Green Goddess Egg Bites Ingredients * Non stick cooking spray * 1 (10-ounce) packages frozen or fresh chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed very dry, and chopped into shreds (I used fresh, I find this to be easiest) * 4 scallions, thinly sliced * 6 large eggs * 1 (6oz) container, crumbled feta * 1 tsp kinders blend seasoning * 3 tbsp flour * 1 tsp baking powder Instructions 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non stick cooking spray. 2. Prepare the spinach: Squeeze as much water as possible from the thawed spinach OR finely chop the fresh spinach 3. Mix: In a large bowl, combine the spinach, scallions, eggs, feta, and seasonings. 4. Add dry ingredients: Stir in the flour and baking powder until well combined. 5. Fill the muffin tin: Divide the mixture evenly among the 12 muffin cups. 6. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set. 7. Cool: Let cool, then run a knife around the edges to easily release the egg bites. 8. Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. NOTES: -You can use any seasonings you like, I personally like to use a blend of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. -Every oven is different, make sure to keep an eye while baking.
