My very first children’s book, Little Miss Therapist, is launching tomorrow! As an intern therapist married to a licensed psychotherapist, our family loves stories… and I had so much fun writing and illustrating this story. This story was inspired by conversations and imaginative play with my kids - the way they process big feelings, ask honest questions, and try to make sense of the world around them. It’s a playful, rhyming story that gently explores something I think we all wonder about… What if the “bad” guys aren’t really bad? What’s the story behind the behavior?
