Knocked out a VO₂ max workout from my watch: 10-minute warm-up 1 × 3 minutes at threshold, 3-minute recovery 5 × 3 minutes very hard (~6:45/mile) with 3 minutes very easy between 10-minute cool-down Had a blast with this one.
