Winter doesn’t have to mean constant shovelling, salting, or icy outdoor surfaces. ❄️🔥 A professionally installed ice melt system helps keep driveways, walkways, and outdoor living spaces safer, cleaner, and easier to maintain throughout the winter. At LandCon, this is a solution we’ve installed and seen perform successfully over the years — and the results speak for themselves. ✅ Less snow. Less ice. Less maintenance. More time enjoying your home. Planning your next outdoor project? Let’s build it to perform beautifully in every season. 🏡 #LandConExperience #backyardtransformation #winterready #luxurylandscaping

Project Update | Richmond Hill 🏗️ After a long road through permits, inspections and revisions, this project is officially moving forward. With the footings in place, the team is now dialing in the ledger elevations, grades and slopes to make sure water runoff is properly managed before the next phase begins. 📐 It’s detailed work that won’t get much attention once everything is finished — but getting it right now sets up everything that follows. Next up: framing. And this is where the project really starts to take shape. 👀 #landconexperience #behindthebuild #landscapeconstruction #backyardtransformation

The finished backyard is only part of the experience. In Part 2, Indira shares what it was like to actually live through the build — from the trust built along the way to the care and respect shown by the different trades working around her home and everyday life. Now that everything is complete, she looks back at the details she loves most and the space they were able to create together. 🌿 And when Jeremy asks if she truly got the #LandConExperience? Absolutely. #backyardtransformation #outdoorliving #landconexperience #luxurylandscaping

Project Update | Newmarket 🛠️ The framing is up, and the structure is starting to take shape. Jeremy walks through some of the details behind the build — from the 36” × 36” window opening to the separation between wood and concrete designed to help manage moisture before everything gets closed in. 🪚 Next comes sheathing, house wrap, electrical, roofing and inspections. The finished space gets the attention. The quality starts here. #landconexperience #framing #constructionprocess #outdoorliving #behindthebuild

What you see above ground starts with what’s built below it. 👷‍♂️ On this Richmond Hill project, Jeremy walks through the structural work behind the new deck — from the grade beam and reinforced rebar to the concrete foundation built around the approved drawings and permit requirements. 🏗️ Once poured, this structure will support everything above. The work you eventually don’t see is often what matters most. 💪 #landconexperience #landscapeconstruction #outdoorliving #behindthebuild

Why LandCon? It started with a first impression — and turned into a complete backyard transformation. After discovering LandCon at the Home Show, Indira shares what made her choose our team and how the design process helped bring the vision she had in her head to life. From the pool and landscaping to the way the space would ultimately be lived in, every detail was considered before construction began. Now, standing in the finished backyard, the result speaks for itself. 🌿 Part 1 of Indira’s #landconexperience

Opening things up. 👀 We’re back at this project for the next phase — and this time, we’re transforming the connection between the home and the backyard. The existing glass door and surrounding wall are coming out to make room for a full sliding glass wall system. The goal? More natural light, a much wider view of the landscape, and a seamless transition from inside to the pool, patio and covered outdoor living space we completed last year. Demo is underway. Stay tuned — this one is going to make a big difference.

Project Update — Part 2: Opening Up the View. 👀 In our last update, we showed you the plan: remove the existing sliding door and open up the back of the home for a much larger glass wall system. Now, the demo and structural work are complete. What was once a standard 6 ft sliding door is becoming an 11+ ft sliding glass wall system, creating a much wider view of the outdoor space we completed here last year. With the new structural framing and LVL beams in place, the next step is installing the windows and getting everything ready for inspection. A lot happening behind the walls — and an even bigger transformation still to come. Stay tuned for the next update. #LandConExperience

The new addition to the family. Congratulations to Jon and Sarah. We wish you nothing but health, happiness, and joy. I’ve known you for over 10 years now Jon, and I think of you as a son. I cannot be more proud of you for how far you have come. I seen you grow up from a kid to a man. I’ve been there at all your big moments in life and it is a privilege and an honour to always have a guy like you in my corner. You are hands-down one of the most loyal guys I have ever met. You have always had our back. All the best for you and the family. 💙💙💙💙 #baby #newborn
