She built a 7-figure side hustle selling t-shirts while working full-time insurance... but here's the twist that'll blow your mind 🤯 The insurance industry teaches you about risk management, but Jennifer Jasper (@godaintpettybutiam) just proved the biggest risk is NOT betting on yourself. Four years ago, Jennifer was leading Bible study when she said something that would change her life forever: "God ain't petty, but I am." That moment became her brand name. That brand became her freedom. Here's what happened: ✅ Started "God Ain't Petty But I Am" during COVID ✅ Kept her State Farm day job (smart move) ✅ Had ZERO plans for a million-dollar business ✅ Just wanted $1,000/month in extra income ✅ Built a 7-figure side-hustle business in just 4 years But here's the part that gets me fired up... Jennifer didn't just build a business. She built a movement. And when she won that 2025 Freedom Award, the entire @trafficsalesandprofit community was there celebrating because we KNOW what it takes to go from idea to impact. The gatekeepers told her to stay in her lane. She said "watch this" and built her own highway. Your side hustle doesn't have to stay on the side forever. Sometimes that "little thing" you're working on is actually your ticket to financial freedom. We’re so proud of her! Are you proud too?

Birthday in Belize! Everything could have gone wrong but it didn’t! We wrapped up our @trafficsalesandprofit Collaborative retreat ready to head home… only for our @delta flight to get cancelled. So what did we do? We turned right back around, went back to San Pedro, and made the most of the night. And that’s how I ended up celebrating my birthday at @carambarestaurantbz with clients who have become family. When you build a community the right way you don’t just grow businesses you grow relationships, experiences, and memories you’ll talk about for years. Grateful for this crew and the way we show up for each other. If your business doesn’t bring you joy outside the office, it’s time to fix that.
