Monday the restaurant closed its doors and the whole KPot family came in 🎉 Three years. The crew, their families, the friends who have been around since day one — all at the same tables, eating, playing, celebrating what they built together. This is the part nobody sees from the dining room. The anniversary specials are still on through Friday. 📍 KPot Ocala — 2621 SW 19th Avenue Rd, Ocala, FL 34471 #kpot #kpotocala #koreanbbq #ocala #threeyears

If you catch the reference, we can be friends 🦐 Some goodbyes are harder than others. This one needed the dramatic pause, the long look, and a shrimp that deserved better. One last shrimp. One impossible decision. One tragedy at KPot Ocala. Tell us in the comments if you know what this is from. 📍 KPot Ocala — 2621 SW 19th Avenue Rd, Ocala, FL 34471 #kpot #kpotocala #koreanbbq #hotpot #ocala

Seventeen sauces in and nobody has repeated a combination yet. Malina keeps hers simple. Green onion, garlic, the KPot sauce, a little sweet and spicy. Then the brisket sauce on top — that's the part most people walk past. Mix it, taste it, fix it. Nobody hands you a recipe at the sauce bar, you build the thing yourself. Hers landed sweet and salty with just enough heat behind it. 🥢 What goes in yours? 📍 KPot Ocala — 2621 SW 19th Avenue Rd, Ocala, FL 34471 #kpot #kpotocala #koreanbbq #ocala #ocalaeats
