Throwing something with a bit of weight gives your joints some resistance to work with. Bringing in your hips and legs into the flow to turn this into a whole body mobility exercise. Our bodies were built for this motion yet this kind of stimulus is non-existent in todays' modern age. I think instinctively it's also why people enjoy ball games - or simply throwing a ball around... If you find throwing painful, use less force, pick lighter rocks, and/or slow down the motion. The point is not to simply pelt something as hard as you can, it's more to coordinate a 'whip' with as many joints together in a motion that feels smooth, and involves multiple parts of your body. Progress at your body's own pace with speed, weight and accuracy. Rinse, repeat, and enjoy. 😎 Try it out and let me know how you go. #mobility #fyp #health

The most immediate way to empower your relationship with your inner child is to allow it to exist as it currently still does. Feeling ignored, embarrassed/ashamed, wishing it never happened... When we relate to our inner child - the most vulnerable parts of ourselves - with rejection, we subconsciously perpetuate the very forces that it worked so hard to overcome in the first place. Not to condone the horrors that happened to you, but we can't change the past. We can only change the way we relate to it. Here's a thought exercise: Imagine your inner child/past self walk into a room that you're in. How do you react? Is there more of an energy of avoidance, disgust, and repulsion, or compassion, support, and embrace? One creates an internal sense of fight, pressure and embarrassment. The other feels like love. You'll find that over time, being met with love naturally dissolves the feelings of rejection and isolation much more effectively that trying to cover them up, or run/hide from them. Love, always 🙏 💗

Can't believe that all happened in the 1st half of 2025... We had such different footage of it all too, so this was a lovely way to bring the worlds together.
