If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Brisbane, this deserves a place on your list. 📍 +81 Sushi Kappo, West End With just 12 seats at the counter, every course is prepared right in front of you by Michelin-trained Chef Ikuo Kobayashi. I loved hearing the story behind each dish, from the carefully sourced ingredients to the techniques used to prepare them. The menu changes with the seasons, combining premium Australian produce with exceptional ingredients from Japan, so every visit is completely unique. We also tried the Prestige Neo Cocktail Pairing, and it genuinely elevated the experience. Each handcrafted cocktail was designed to complement the flavours of every course, and together they created one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. After dinner we headed into the hidden Whiskey lounge, which featured a vintage vinyl collection. It was the perfect way to end the night. If you're looking for a unique date night, celebrating something special, or simply love exceptional food, I'd definitely recommend adding this one to your Brisbane list. 🍣🥃✨
