Tend the Garden. Bail the Hay. Lead the Team. Leadership isn’t a one-and-done job. It’s a seasonal cycle. ♻️ A daily discipline. ✅ A whole lot of bailing hay. 🌾 You don’t just wake up with barns full of hay and a team that’s dialed in. You grow the hay. 🌱 You cut it. ✂️ You condition it. ☀️ You windrow it. 🌾 You bail it. 🛻 You stack it on the wagon. 🚜 You haul it to the barn. 🏡 And then… you feed the livestock. 🐄 Every step matters. Every step has a rhythm. Every step needs your attention. ⚡ Leadership works the same way. You plant. 🌱 You grow. You clear the weeds. ✨ You show the path. ➡️ You harvest. You feed. 🍽️ And you do it again. And again. And again. ♻️ Here’s the trap: Start throwing 5-year visions at your team and you’ll see a lot of blank stares and quiet panic. 😶‍🌫️ It’s too far. Too fuzzy. Good intentions. Bad execution. What your team really needs? Clear, simple paths. 7-day and 30-day goals. 📅 Short enough to see. Short enough to believe. Short enough to chase with full heart and focus. ❤️ Tend the garden. 🌻 Bail the hay. 🌾 Show them the next step, not the next decade. 🛤️ Keep it simple. Keep it clear. Keep walking forward together. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

🚨 God will disturb your peace… to develop your purpose. I used to think disruption meant I messed something up. Now I know—it might mean I’m right on time. When things feel shaken… uncomfortable… uncertain… That might be God’s way of getting your attention. Not to punish you. But to position you. 🛑 Peace isn’t always proof you’re on the right path. Sometimes, the storm is the sign. 👉 Jonah had to get swallowed to see it. 👉 Esther had to face risk to fulfill it. 👉 Even Jesus went through Gethsemane before the resurrection. If you feel your peace rattling, ask: “God, what are You preparing me for?” Lean in. Trust the shaking. He’s refining you for something greater. Let’s stop running from the disturbance—and start walking toward purpose. 🔥 Read the full blog here: https://jonathonbroce.com/blog/god-disturbs-peace #PurposeOverPeace #Day41Thrive #RefinersFire #LeadershipThroughStorms #FaithInTheFlames
