Lets see if i can lose 100 pounds twice! Dedicating these next few months to getting my physical health back on track💪🏾 #fitnessjourney #formyself

Not your typical birthday post. As I turn 32, I’ve been reflecting deeply. 4–5 years ago, I blamed all my problems on my weight. So I hit the gym—lost over 160 pounds—and thought that would fix everything. But I still wasn’t happy. I thought maybe I was just lonely. I got into a relationship. Three years later, I still wasn’t happy. Then I figured money was the answer. I made the most I ever have, even traveled out of the country. Still, something was missing. Now I’m here, asking myself: What will actually make me happy? This depression I’m in has pushed away family and friends. I’m not okay right now—but I will be. This post isn’t about sympathy. It’s about resilience—about taking a step back to find myself and build a better life. After today, I’ll be off social media for a while. I need to really lock in and focus. Everyone stay safe. Much love. 🙏🏾

Man..where do I start? Quick update: April 28th, 2025 I weighed 363 pounds..found out I gained almost all the weight back I lost from 4-5 years ago. One of the most frustrating things of my life..embarrassing too..how could I gain 140+ pounds in 2 years? It’s been mentally draining but you know what they say, when you hit rock bottom only way you can go is up! Currently 307 pounds lifting, eating, and just being consistent. Getting back to my old self little by little. I’ll never give up on myself again. For anyone who needed to see this? Keep pushing💪🏾now I gotta lose 100 pounds AGAIN! Stay tuned #gym #weightloss #dontgiveup #motivation #fyp
