Replying to @cassidysdiary I still get a lot of questions on my parotidectomy video, so I wanted to take a moment to answer some of the most common ones and give you guys an update on where I'm at over a year later! I had about 30% of my right parotid (specifically the deep lobe) removed in May 2025 after an ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, and an inconclusive fine needle biopsy. It was a pleomorphic adenoma and it was 3.5cm x 2.4cm x 0.5cm. The doctor got clear margins and does not anticipate a recurrence. I have no lasting symptoms or side effects. I had First Bite Syndrome for probably about 9 months after. Of course nothing I'm saying is medical advice!
