Richarlison’s goal against Chelsea on May 1, 2022, in the 2021/22 Premier League season was a defining moment in Everton’s battle against relegation. Early in the second half at Goodison Park, with the score locked at 0-0, Richarlison pounced on a defensive error. Chelsea’s captain César Azpilicueta was pressured by Demarai Gray and lost possession on the edge of the box. The ball fell kindly to Richarlison, who calmly slotted it past Edouard Mendy into the bottom corner. The stadium erupted. In the chaos that followed, a blue flare was thrown onto the pitch from the jubilant home crowd. Richarlison picked it up, jogged toward the corner flag, and, in a moment that became iconic among Everton supporters, launched the flare back into the stands with a powerful underarm throw. The goal—and the dramatic celebration—symbolized Everton’s fighting spirit, and they held on to win 1-0, taking a crucial step toward securing Premier League survival. #footy #footballtiktok #everton #demaraigray #footballedit #fyp #fypdong #foryo #hello #fifa #eafc #fm #fyppp #f #fyp #fypppppppppppppp
