Consistency Kitchen Dot Com has the best meal prep I’ve had. Me and my family love their options but that beef pasta has is easily the favorite. They use protein pasta that doesn’t taste like it and great portions. Wifey and the kids can barely eat a whole meal in one sitting. We think it’s a great deal and a good way to squeeze in healthier meals. Lord knows I’m not disciplined enough to meal prep on my own. Huge time saver. Check it out and let me know. Thought I’d share since I get plenty of messages asking how I’m not big as I should be. You have to order M-W and pick up is Sunday - Monday. #wichitafoodie #mealprep #healthier #protein

Had a great meeting at @NICHE and great food. Smash burger was a 8.6/10. Fresh pickles, tomatoes, soft bread, good sauce, onions and great meat to cheese combination. #wichitaks #foodie #culinary #smashburger
