More silks choreography last night, aka getting myself in a tangle then watching the videos back to see if anything looked decent 😆 #aerialsilks

I started learning aerial silks in my mid 30s, when my daughter was 18 months old and my core was held together with hopes and dreams 😆 It began as a bit of fun, turned into core rehab, and somewhere along the way it became my medicine and my happy place.
