A 10 Warthog Emergency Carrier Landing | DCS World The A-10 Warthog was never designed to land on an aircraft carrier. No tailhook. No naval gear. Just an emergency and a very short deck. Watch this A-10C emergency carrier landing in DCS World — low and slow, using every inch of the flight deck to get the Warthog down. The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II is built for close air support, not carrier ops. In DCS, that makes this one of the most tense landings you can attempt. If you enjoy DCS World carrier landings, A-10 Warthog gameplay, emergency landings, and combat flight sim, hit like and subscribe.
