Baking bread in Morocco might be one of my favourite life experiences Such an honour to learn these skills from women who preserve the traditional method of baking Berber bread 🍞 📍Olinto, Morocco

These treats might be better hidden in the cupboard instead of being given to trick or treaters!🍫 Recipe: 190g butter 190g dark chocolate 3 eggs 280g caster sugar 90g plain flour 40g cocoa powder 100g chocolate chips 50g white chocolate Sprinkles Method: 1. Brown butter over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 2. Melt dark chocolate and add to the browned butter. 3. Whisk eggs and sugar together until it’s light and frothy (it should look like a milkshake). 4. Fold the chocolate mix into the eggs. 5. Sift the flour and cocoa powder then fold into the chocolate and egg mix. 6. Fold in chocolate chips. 7. Bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes. 8. Cool in fridge overnight. 9. Melt white chocolate in the microwave and pipe into ghosts on the cooled brownies then add sprinkles. 10. Enjoy!!!
