9 months of consistency. 85 pounds down. Posting this is honestly a little uncomfortable for me. I'm still self-conscious about my body, and I'm definitely not where I want to be yet. But I also realized something—I had no problem existing in pictures when I was 85 pounds heavier, so why should I hide the progress I've worked my ass off for just because I'm not at the finish line? I started this year at 288 pounds. I'm around 203 now. Somewhere along the way this stopped being about hitting a certain number on the scale and became about seeing what I'm actually capable of. I'm still carrying fat I want to lose. I still have goals I haven't reached. But I'm stronger, healthier, more active, and more confident than I was nine months ago. I'm not there yet. But I'm getting there. And for once, I'm allowing myself to be proud of the progress while it's happening—not just when it's finished.

To everyone who's reached out asking where I've been—thank you. Seriously. I've had quite a few people from TikTok, YouTube and other platforms reach out just to check on me and make sure I'm doing okay. I haven't always responded to everyone, but I want you to know I've seen it, and I genuinely appreciate the love. Everything is good. Life is good. I've just been focused on my family, my health, fitness, work, and enjoying life away from creating content for a while. This morning I weighed in at 199.3 lbs. I started this journey at 288 lbs, and this is the first time I've seen a number under 200 since I was 21 years old. And today I'm wearing a compression shirt that I haven't been able to fit into since high school. At 34 years old, that feels pretty damn good. I'm still not where I want to be, but I'm proud of how far I've come. I don't know if or when I'll come back to creating content. Right now, I'm just enjoying where life has taken me and continuing to work on myself. But to everybody who noticed I was gone and cared enough to check on me—thank you. I mean that. I'm doing well. ❤️
