⚽❤️Since childhood, the pitch has been more than just a place to play it has been where I found joy, peace, and a way to express myself. Through the good days and the stressful ones, football has always been my escape, my passion, and my best stress reliever. Years have passed, but that love for the game hasn’t changed. Every time I step on the field, it still feels like home. 🏟️⚽ Football isn’t just something I Coach or play. It’s a part of who I am, it’s my identity⚽️❤️ #FootballIsLife #MyPassion #FootballJourney #Grassfield #TheBeautifulGame

⚽💚 PRE-SEASON ADVICE TO YOUNG FOOTBALLERS IN BAMENDA! Before focusing on physicality, focus on building your technical abilities! Pre-season is the perfect time to sharpen your first touch, ball control, passing, dribbling, and overall confidence on the ball. Physical fitness is important, but your technical foundation is what helps you express yourself on the pitch. Build your skills, develop your weaknesses, and gradually improve your physical condition. Young footballers, don’t just prepare your bodies for the new season; prepare your feet and your minds too! Watch, learn, and share with a young footballer who needs this message. 🎯⚽ #CoachTeneng #GrassfieldSportsAcademy #GRASA #BamendaFootball #PreSeasonTraining

With my brother and a very fine defender, Destiny. 🤝⚽️ We’ve shared the pitch together “CAPI” , and I can confidently say he is one of the best players I’ve ever played with. His dedication, discipline, and love for the game speak for themselves. 💯 As you step into this new season, I wish you nothing but success, growth, good health, and bigger opportunities. You’ve worked for it, and you truly deserve the best as a reward for your commitment to the game. Keep pushing, keep believing, and keep defending like the wall you are. 🧱🔥 All the best this season, “CAPI” ! The best is yet to come. 🏆⚽️
