Audience engagement at a corporate event is strategic, dynamic and intentional. At the two-day @agricsummitafrica , organised by @sterlingbank, I had the privilege of serving as the sole host for a hall filled to capacity, including the gallery. With a packed agenda featuring multiple panels, keynotes, welcome addresses and special remarks, it would have been easy for the audience to become passive observers. But they were also key stakeholders in the room and those joining virtually mattered just as much. This Day One highlight captures a glimpse of how I sustained the energy and kept the audience actively connected to the experience.
