Meet Sue 🙌🏼 she was the winner of the 28 day challenge with my Never throw in the towel project I ran with KP Snacks Teesside Sue is 62 years old, works on nights and day shifts and proof, when you have a positive mindset approach and give 100% commitment to something you can achieve great things. She did not miss anything, she was the first to do everything, commented and liked and got involved in every task or challenge, she is a coaches dream She asked if there was a certificate at the end which she did, but she also got a cape as she’s a hero and she also got a trophy as she is the winner of the 28 day challenge and it’s great to see her looking great but more importantly feeling great That’s the thing about mental health and physical health, there’s no magic trick, you’ve just got to do the basics well, consistently #mentalhealth #mindset #mentalfitness
