Some people have noticed that I’ve been a little quiet or “distant” lately, and that’s okay. 🤍 Beneath the smiles and the “I’m fine”, there’s something I’ve been carrying quietly , something I’ve been afraid to share. I’ve lost friends along the way, and maybe that’s okay too. I also know I didn’t always say what I was going through, and that’s partly on me. Right now, I’m just processing it all, day by day, in my own time.
