Getting into health tech was not easy!! Currently in Epic training for certification but this journey tested me. Right before getting my first interview I lost it. Came home crying and over it thinking what more do I need to do? Needed my people and my man who knew it would come and to speak good into me and for me🥰 For a good amount of time I didn’t want to do anything, go anywhere, talk about nothing that didn’t pertain to me advancing. I was on LinkedIn literally every single day (people on there act funny btw not responding and ion like that😒). I know I’m not the only one who had a hard time navigating this terrible job market and getting the same generic email about another candidate to then see the job reposted. Having different resumes to get through AI. Not hearing back for months after an app was submitted and forgetting the job entirely. Kept faith that my commitment, God and education has not failed me.
