The eternal debate: to cut your canvas before you bargello, or after?? Let's discuss: • CUTTING BEFORE: You don't have to worry about potentially ruining your stitched work if you cut it after... but you could count wrong and cut your canvas to the wrong size, but not realize until it's too late 🥺 • CUTTING AFTER: No worries of counting wrong, but can be stressful to cut around your finished stitching. What if you slip and cut your beautiful work?! 😱 • CUTTING IN THE MIDDLE: Hear me out. Sometimes I like to stitch a portion of a project (like here, the full height and width) so that I KNOW the size is accurate, and THEN cut the canvas. I dunno, just seems like a good compromise with less to lose all around? 🤷‍♀️ *But I also really like to cut after because I gotta get my thrills somewhere Which team are you??
