This home’s foundation had a serious gap and visible cracking, a clear sign it was settling. We installed push piers, driving steel sections deep into stable soil until they reached load-bearing strata. Then, with precision, we lifted the structure back into place. Now the gap is gone, the crack is closed, and the foundation is fully stabilized for years to come. #foundationrepair #sinkingfoundation #longislandnewyork
