A client who had worked for one year came to Hakeren for a final rights calculation. After reviewing the details, the correct amount was calculated at ₪11,000. This is why it is important to check your rights before accepting a final payment from your employer. Hakeren helps foreign workers calculate the payments they are entitled to receive and, when needed, communicate directly with employers in a respectful and professional way to help resolve payment differences. The goal is simple: make sure everything is calculated correctly, clearly and fairly. You can complete the calculation independently or together with your employer, helping both sides understand the final amount and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. The process is simple and takes only a few minutes. Check your rights here: https://calculation.hakeren.org.il/ Before accepting your final payment, make sure the calculation is correct.
